Spiritual meditation- prayer
During meditation keep your eyes closed, be free of distractions, and keep your attention inside.
Give yourself (mind, body, and soul) permission to relax, allow your thoughts to slow down, and gradually disappear. You are fully alert but without any thoughts, in a state of pure and peaceful consciousness.
This is the beginning of a spiritual journey into your own divine existence. It is an opened door to a new experience and awareness in Christ consciousness. Through daily meditation (prayer), you will be able to feel peace and divine love.
